Christmas Favorites from the World’s Tenors is an unofficial Three Tenors album, containing a selection of 13 holiday songs, hymns and carols, all individually performed by Luciano Pavarotti, Placido Domingo and Jose Carreras. It’s more of a various-artists collection or a sampler than a Three Tenors record, but it’s nevertheless of interest to any fan of the group, or of popular classical/opera at large, since it’s a solid, thoroughly enjoyable collection of great carols.
